I just flew in from San Jose...

... and boy are my arms tired.

So when the San Jose Taiko folks tell you that to attend a workshop you should be "capable of fairly strenuous activity"? They are not bloody kidding.

My arms are all limp and wiggly now. Lifting things like board games and soda cans makes them shake.

But it was excellent fun.
